The General Manager Position
There are dedicated teams already on board for the existing 2 sites but due to a new opening for 2022 they are keen to bring on one more General Manager your venue and develop and expand the already great offer. This role will involve a lot of high-volume people management, extensive licencing management and coordination of seasonal and varying contracts!
The Ideal General Manager
- An outgoing and friendly personality – committed and motivated work ethic!
- Someone who will Promote an environment in which employees feel engaged, inspired and talent is spotted early and developed
- Develop and nurture a culture of exceptional quality in customer service, ensuring standards are consistent with the quality reputation of the company
- Ensure the right people are in the key operational positions
- An excellent financial understanding! Ideally having overseen high volume venues with both food and drink sales and ever-changing offers!
- A strong understanding of licencing, training and back-office system set ups!
