Pay: £84 - £108 per day (Depending on Experience)

The Role:

As a Post-16 Teaching Assistant, you'll support students aged 16+, helping them with coursework, study skills, and personal development. You'll assist in lessons, provide one-to-one and small group support, and create a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Post-16 Teaching Assistant:

?? Support students with learning and study skills
?? Provide one-to-one and small group assistance
?? Track student progress and adjust support where needed
?? Work with teachers, staff, and parents to aid student success
?? Encourage confidence and independence in learning

What You Need to be a Post-16 Teaching Assistant:

Experience supporting post-16 students
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A patient and supportive approach
Relevant education qualifications (desirable but not essential)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
