Experienced Recruiter required for hybrid role in London recruiting graduates for consulting and technology graduate programmes throughout the UK

£995 - £1140 per week ( before tax )
Days Monday to Friday - with 1-2 days spent in London Office
37.5 hours per week
Travel around the UK will be required - however travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by our client
Ongoing contract for several months - immediate start for the right candidate

Principal Duties:

Delivering events and attraction activities to students and graduates in university campus's in areas such as London, Newcastle, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds and Scotland
Attracting candidates for consulting and technology graduate programmes in the UK -from backgrounds such as such as finance, IT, Legal and Procurement
Building relationships with universities
Designing innovative graduate attraction events
Manage high volume graduate candidate applications
Interviewing candidates

All Applicants to this role must have the following :

Very good previous experience in high volume recruitment
Experience in designing and organising online recruitment campaigns
Experience in designing and organising recruitment attraction events
A willingness to travel throughout the UK heading up recruitment events at numerous university campus's
Experience in interviewing and selecting applicants
Proficiency in using social media to attract applicants
Strong Communication skills and a confident manner
