Teaching Assistant

Location: Grimsby
Start Date: March 2025

Pay Rate: £85 - £100 per day

GSL Education are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to support children in local primary schools across Grimsby. If you're eager to start or develop your career in education, this is a fantastic opportunity!

Your role as a Primary Teaching Assistant:

Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and creating a positive learning environment.
Work across a variety of primary schools in Grimsby, gaining valuable experience.
Adapt activities to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN.
Implement positive behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.

What We're Looking For:

? Recent experience as a Primary Teaching Assistant working with children in a primary school setting.
? A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3) is desirable but not essential.
? Good understanding of the National Curriculum.
? Ability to build strong relationships with staff and students.
? A genuine passion for making a difference in children's learning and development.
? An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
