The role:

Complex Care Workers will be promoting choice and independence and developing services that enhance the quality of life and well-being of the people being supported.
Provide care and support with activities and personal care duties
Be flexible for travelling and offering the highest quality care at all times, working on rotas
Building and developing professional relationships
Adhere to policies & procedures

Ideal candidate:

Someone who is professional and with a positive and 'can -do' attitude
Flexible for travel and car drivers with access to own vehicle
Complex Care experience preferred
Caring and compassionate approach
Willingness to learn and develop own skills
