We are looking for a dynamic and qualified Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR operations and help our client align their people strategy with the business goals. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of our growing team and make a meaningful impact on our future success.

What You'll Be Doing:
As our Human Resources Manager, youll play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture and managing all HR-related matters. Youll be responsible for everything from developing HR strategies and recruitment processes to employee relations, performance management, and ensuring legal compliance. Your goal will be to foster a positive working environment, supporting the development and engagement of our team as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Manage the full recruitment and selection process
Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing grievances and HR issues
Oversee the companys sponsorship license and HR documentation
Lead performance appraisals, training programs, and development initiatives
Ensure legal compliance and manage company pensions
Support cost of living reviews and present findings to senior leadership
Nurture a positive workplace culture that drives high performance

What We're Looking For:

Solid experience in HR (as a HR Generalist, Manager, or Business Partner)
CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HR metrics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships at all levels
French language skills (desirable)
Experience in the maritime or manufacturing industry (desirable)
