Your new roleThe ideal candidate will have a history of success in developing, driving, and implementing HR strategy to produce tangible benefits for the business aligned with our overall organisational aspirations. Committed to supporting an ethos of continuous improvement and excellence, you will have the ability to work collaboratively across a geographically diverse business and positively influence senior colleagues.Your responsibilities will include:

What you'll need to succeedESSENTIAL

  • Previous experience working at a senior level within an HR team.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced industry delivering high quality service and results. Ideally in an organisation with a workforce of circa 300 employees.
  • Professionally qualified with CIPD Level 5 (Associate).
  • Demonstrable experience acting as business partner for senior executives and ability to uphold confidentiality at all times, frequently dealing with highly sensitive information.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to communicate and engage with all levels of management.
  • IT literate - proficient in MS package and managing HRIS systems.
  • Experience of collating data to write reports and presenting it to senior management to influence business decisions.DESIRABLE
  • Professionally qualified (CIPD Level 7 - Chartered) or working towards this.
