Your new companyYou will work for a global company that is expanding their operations in the northwest. This is an exciting time to join this company as it continues to grow.Your new roleAs Payroll Manager, you will manage and process all aspects of the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of employee salaries, benefits and deductions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations, resolving payroll discrepancies, and collaborating with various departments to streamline payroll processes. The Payroll Manager will lead the payroll team, ensuring efficient and accurate payroll processing.Your responsibilities will include: Full accountability of the Time Management System (TMS) and Sage Micropay Payroll function for weekly / monthly employees in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, Ensuring effective administration of all external provider payroll and time & attendance systems across Ireland.Empower payroll teams to appropriately manage all payroll-related queries employees.Responsible for daily monitoring and updating of inhouse time and attendance system directly linked to TMS.Registering new employees on to TMS and running appropriate daily reports.Facilitate Company / Employee Payments / Expenses through online banking software.Completion of monthly reports and data for internal finance functions.Calculation of processing of company shares issued through LTI schemes.Management of payroll teams in Ireland and the UK.Partnership with HR colleagues to ensure seamless transfer of information between the functions to support effective payroll administration.Coaching and development of internal payroll teams to ensure high quality of payroll administration.Continuous review of payroll process and tools to ensure they are relevant and efficient to support payroll processing.General administration and other duties commensurate with the role.What you'll need to succeed5 years' experience in high volume payroll processing 2 years' management experienceExperience of managing payroll functions in both Ireland and the UK (other European countries would be an advantage)Working knowledge of Sage Micropay and TMSWorking knowledge of ADP payroll advantageousWhat you'll get in returnYou will work for a global company on a full-time permanent role.
