Your new companyHays is pleased to be working with a leading manufacturing organisation based in Co. Armagh to recruit an HR Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. As an HR Officer, you will work closely with the HR Manager and gain experience across the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, implementing a new HRIS System, revising existing HR Policies/procedures and assisting with performance and absence management.Your new role

  • Support with recruitment
  • Support Line Managers in dealing professionally with employee relations matters
  • Point of contact for all HR related queries
  • Prepare and present HR metrics
  • Support with the coordination of graduate and apprentice programmes
  • Any other reasonable duties as may be required

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in an HR related role
  • Experience with recruitment
  • Good organisation skills
  • Awareness of NI employment law and legislation IT Proficient
