We are currently seeking a proactive HR Specialist to join our client, a pioneering organisation in the tech industry. As a mission-driven organisation, our client works at the cutting edge of online content moderation and provides users with an independent platform to challenge social media content moderation decisions.

This is a truly exciting opportunity as the organisation is ideally placed to make a mark in the sphere of online content moderation, offering an opportunity for you to bring your expertise to a dynamic, and fast-evolving field at a critical stage of growth.

This is a true HR generalist opportunity delivering high-level HR services and ensuring alignment with the organisation's objectives. You will operate both strategically and operationally to manage and develop key HR priorities and processes across the employee lifecycle. As the HR Specialist you will be crucial in fostering an innovate and strong culture with a key focus on proactively developing and implementing wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.
  • Develop strong working relationships with managers and employees, providing advisory and coaching support in relation to the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, wellbeing, and other HR related matters.
  • Work with managers and key stakeholders to build capability and enhance employee engagement.
  • Act as a health and safety ambassador, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Deliver an effective and streamlined HR administration service.
  • Analyse HR data, highlighting trends and prepare insightful reports to support with informed decision making.
  • Support in the delivery of key projects and initiatives in line with the HR strategy and wider organisational objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in delivering a HR strategy, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, recognition, engagement and wellbeing.
  • Previous experience of working in the technology industry.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, building strong partnerships with employees across varying levels.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to gain the trust of stakeholders.
  • Experience in delivering an accurate and effective HR administration function.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
  • Experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
