Our client is a well-known brand, private equity backed and an organisation which is led by strong values. The business is investing in its future capability and the opportunity ahead is vast. They are now looking for a Senior People Partner, reporting to the CPO, who can enable further change and transformation and drive improvements within their people function. This is a significant new role to lead the strategy, implementation and optimisation of their people technology and processes, utilising a project management approach to deliver key automation projects, for example in recruitment, onboarding and Learning & Development.
A great place to work, with an evolving culture, the role of senior People Partner will be a critical enabler to deliver the next three years business strategy. You will lead the implementation, upgrades and enhancements of their HR systems, as well as analysing and streamlining people processes to improve efficiency through automation. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a commercial Chief People Officer, developing all aspects of the employee lifecycle as well as enhancing the employee experience that drives the values within an iconic organisation. This is a Senior People Partner role, with the opportunity to lead and champion HR projects whilst improving efficiency.
This role is a senior People Partner role accountable for process improvement, workflow automation and project delivery across the employee lifecycle, whilst ensuring data is effectively communicated and provides clear insights for people-related decisions. This is an opportunity to utilise strong analytical skills and technical HR expertise, commercial insight, new ideas and innovation to deliver effective People solutions.
To be considered for this role, you will be a Senior HR Business Partner with strong project Manager skills, who has led the implementation and development of People systems and the automation of people processes within a commercial environment. We are looking for an individual who can share their knowledge of the latest trends in people technology to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
