The Temporary Accommodation Advisor position is available in the Midlands for a duration of 3 months with a high likelihood of extension.
The role involves visiting Temporary Accommodation sites, with car mileage covered by expenses, and assisting the Temporary Accommodation team as an advisor.
Candidates must have prior experience or knowledge in Temporary Accommodation implementation, while knowledge of HRA legislation and lettings is ideally preferred.
The position offers a competitive salary of £22-£25 per hour.
Applicants are encouraged to have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the field.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

Visiting Temporary Accommodation within the area - car mileage will be covered by expenses.
Reporting to the Temporary Accommodation team/officers and assisting them as an advisor.

You must have experience or knowledge in:

MUST HAVE - Temporary Accommodation knowledge and previous experience in implementing it.
IDEALLY HAVE - Knowledge of HRA legislation as well as brief knowledge of lettings, allocations and voids.
