My client, a leading womenswear supplier, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Account Manager to join their team. This role focuses on multi-product ladieswear across key high-volume accounts. To be successful, you'll need proven experience working with fashion suppliers and a solid understanding of the ladieswear sector.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and can confidently manage the full process from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing expectations with professionalism and efficiency
Oversee the critical path, including lab dips, approvals, and delivery schedules
Coordinate sampling and development with design teams, ensuring buyers' requests are actioned promptly
Manage high-volume orders with precision and attention to deadlines
Work closely with production teams and overseas factories to ensure accurate fit samples and smooth production processes
Provide regular updates and reports to management
Partner with design teams on product development tailored to client needs
Understand margin requirements and collaborate with Merchandisers and Buyers to ensure commercial success
About You:
Previous experience as an Account Manager within a fashion supplier (ladieswear essential)
Demonstrable success managing accounts in a similar role
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Production knowledge in Bangladesh is a plus
Confident, proactive, and adaptable-able to make quick decisions and work independently
A team player with a hands-on attitude and a passion for fashion
