The Company:

A premium drinks company who have a unique portfolio of clients are looking for a CRM Analyst to join the CRM team. The company manufactures and markets beer and cider brands.

The Role:

As a CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Enabling CRM in all facets to provide the business with relevant information
Hands-on in the system enabling functionality
Making suggestions and recommendations to internal teams
Managing stakeholder queries daily
Performing analysis
Have some interaction with the back-end of the system
Working closely with the wider business teams

Skills/Requirements:

- Salesforce/Dynamics365 experience

- Good communication skills

- Balance of technical and engagement skills
