IS Client Suport Specialist

Based onsite in Crawley, with hybrid working after initial period

£40,000 - £45,000

My client are looking for a talented IT Support specialist who excels at customer service and has strong, well-rounded technical skills.

As IS Client Support Specialist you will be required to complete the following tasks.

Provide Client support with excellent customer service to employees across all European offices
Troubleshoot, diagnose and bring to resolution both software and hardware client support requests
Incident monitoring of tickets through the ticketing system
Assisting in local Projects
Create and maintain the company PC image
Prepare PC's and iPhones for new starters and follow the company refresh program
PC and iPhone management including procurement, support and updates
Windows OS and Office updates and upgrades
Software vulnerability management to secure company devices using Defender365
Complete software deployments through automatic systems of approved tools
Device backup review and resolving issues through Redstor PRO
Anti-malware protection review, diagnostics and resolution
Under instruction where needed maintain, install, replace, server and network equipment in server rooms
