Senior Consultant - Project management of automation and WMS integration.Based in the West of Ireland - Hybrid role with extensive travel£80,000 - £100,000pa (equivalent in Euros) + excellent benefitsFantastic opportunity to join a long-established Supply Chain Management consultancy driven by a team of industry experts highly committed to achieving customer focussed results. They work on client scenarios right across the supply chain spectrum with integrity, professionalism and consistency. Due to continuing growth, they now seek to further strengthen their consultancy team with a warehouse / Distribution Centre automation design professional.The job remit will include involvement in a wide range of solutions across varying scales. Projects will range from single area automation to extremely large and highly complex Distribution Centre automation design and integration. Key Responsibilities:* Evaluating clients' individual operational complexities, and designing feasible automated warehouse and distribution solutions tailored to their needs. * Utilising your previous experience in warehouse / manufacturing / industrial facility design to support the developers, contractors, consultants, fit out contractors and other key stakeholders, as required * Produce timely and accurate forecasting of work to be undertaken and high-quality reporting * Effective allocation and time management of resources to balance workload with capacity * Ensure client communication is proactive - manage their expectations and keep them informed of issues/ progress * Effectively manage operational risks across projects, escalating risks where necessary Key Skills / Experience:* Strong experience of designing automated warehouses or computer aided manufacturing facilities. * Experience of analysing clients' data and current systems along with evaluating their business needs.* Highly organised, with the ability to balance conflicting priorities * Effective time management and self-discipline * Advanced numeracy and literacy skills If you have previous experience in a solution design role either within a logistics, manufacturing or industrial environment and know what a 'Best-in-Breed automated solution looks like then Bis Henderson Recruitment would be keen to hear from you.
