Job Advertisement: Service Planner

Location: London Office, Chiswick
Hours: 9 am - 5 pm, office-based with some hybrid flexibility

Our client is seeking an experienced Service Planner to join our Maintenance team in our Chiswick, London office. This role is critical to the planning and administration of our service contracts with major infrastructure operators.

Main Duties

  • Permit Planning & Coordination: Plan and raise permits for site work, attend regular client planning meetings.
  • Report Management: Coordinate and issue reports using Maximo maintenance management software, including tracking KPIs.
  • Health & Safety Involvement: Actively support our company's H&S and Quality Systems.
  • CMMS Oversight: Manage the use of our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, write minutes, and assist with various planning functions.

About You

  • Experienced: Background as a Service Planner in railway or other regulated industries.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Organised & Communicative: Highly organised, with excellent coordination and communication abilities.
  • Deadline-Oriented: Able to prioritise tasks and work under tight deadlines.
