We are currently working with a global financial institution and are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager. We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to develop and manage comprehensive project plans. This role involves aligning cross-team engagements to ensure clarity and focus through effective communication.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed technical roadmaps to guide product plans and ensure clear understanding amongst development teams.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner, Business Analysts, and wider Team to plan and prioritise the feature backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy.
  • Organise and manage steering committees with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain planning dashboards to provide a comprehensive view of the execution strategy.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Manage engineering development projects and oversee releases.
  • Work with team leads to resolve personnel issues and project roadblocks.
  • Ensure Project Management deliverables are met according to the organisation's Project Delivery Framework.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of complete projects in accordance with established standards.
  • Identify and address roadblocks, proactively managing risks and dependencies.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

  • Proven track record of working as a Project Manager
  • Demonstrate expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban
  • Deep understanding of agile metrics to analyse and improve sprint planning
  • Experience in Jira across multiple projects with interlinked dependencies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Understanding of DevOps will be an added advantage.
