Hybrid working - 3 days in Belfast and 2 days remote

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team. As the Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing end-to-end project plans while aligning cross-team engagements. If you have a passion for delivering products on time and possess excellent communication and leadership skills, this role is perfect for you!

?? About the Role

As the Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for breaking down product requirements into engineering milestones and tracking dependencies/risks to ensure on-time delivery. You will work closely with the team and the Product Owner, leading Agile practises and coaching the team towards self-management. Reporting to the Product Lead, you will be a key driver in the success of our client's projects.

?? Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed technical roadmaps to deliver against product plans and ensure clear understanding within the development teams.Collaborate with the Product Owner, Business Analysts, and Engineering Team to prioritise the feature backlog and align it with the product strategy.Manage steering committees with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.Build and maintain planning dashboards for a holistic view of the execution strategy.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and actively manage engineering development projects.Drive team sprint execution, communicate with management and stakeholders, and shield the team from external distractions.Resolve people problems and project roadblocks in collaboration with team leads.Be accountable for the successful delivery of projects according to our client's Project Delivery Framework.Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.

?? Experience

Proven track record as a Project Manager for applications at scale with a large user-base.Expertise in agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban.Deep understanding of agile metrics and their application to improve sprint planning.Successful experience using Jira with interlinked dependencies.Strategic thinker with a balanced approach to short-term and long-term solutions.Proficient in data-driven decision-making and capacity planning.Understanding of DevOps is a plus.Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology.
