My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow providing a remote first policy + ad hoc client site visits when required (on average 1-2 visits per month).


They are looking for a permanent User Researcher Consultant to join a rapidly growly Digital Factory team, working across multiple Digital Transformation projects within Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors and we have a top end budget of £55000 + full bens available.


Primary skills and experience required:

  • Must hold active SC (Security Check) clearance
  • Hands-on experience of leading user research, using behavioural and attitudinal methods and knowing when to apply them appropriately.
  • Experience across multiple phases of a product or service lifecycle, from discovery and exploration through to design and delivery.
  • Experience working within UK Government and Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards, using GDS design principles is an essential
  • Strong storytelling, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary, agile teams where youve led the user research and influenced the design of a product or service through the insights youve gathered.
  • Familiarity with using prototypes to test hypotheses, assumptions and validate user journeys.
  • Understanding of a range of tools and practices for in-person and remote research.
