They are dedicated to continuous improvement and enhancing interactions with our customers through our ambitious Digital Technology Roadmap.About the Role:They are seeking three talented ICT Analysts to join their Internal Operations Division.As an ICT Analyst within this Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the hybrid cloud infrastructure, providing technical support, and driving digital transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
- Support Local and Wide Area Networks, including VPNs.
- Install and support on-premise and Azure Microsoft Active Directory server infrastructure.
- Administer Microsoft Exchange (on-premise and online) and SQL Server.
- Configure and support SAN and data backup systems.
- Manage data comms, telecoms, and network infrastructure.
- Configure and support firewalls and security appliances, including intrusion and network monitoring.
- Monitor networks, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems.
- Support telephony systems, including fixed, mobile, and VOIP.
- Implement and support disaster recovery environments.
- Provide first, second, and third line support across a broad range of ICT services.
- Manage projects to evaluate and implement new infrastructure technologies.
- Procure hardware, software, and services for small to medium-sized systems.
- Deliver ICT best practices and high-level customer service to all Invest NI staff.
Selection Criteria:Candidates must demonstrate recent experience (within the past eight years) in the following areas:
- Understanding of modern IT infrastructure, including Active Directory Services, LAN, WAN, and Microsoft operating systems.
- Configuration and support of hybrid cloud infrastructure, including Azure and/or M365.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex problems in a hybrid environment, managing service desk tickets, and providing on-site and remote support.
- Experience in two of the following areas:
- Supporting enterprise-level network security technologies.
- Automation of deployment, management, and configuration of operating systems and applications using SCCM and/or Intune.
- Configuration and support of Microsoft 365, including Exchange, Teams, and Defender.
- Supporting Microsoft Hosting Server solutions, including Hyper-V and Windows Clusters.
- Managing and supporting a Windows 10 or 11 client environment in a Hybrid Azure AD joined environment.
