Role Overview:
Collaborate with customers to define and architect AWS solutions for cloud adoption.
Elicit customer requirements and understand the current ecosystem for cloud migration.
Define patterns and services for successful AWS migration.
Support and maintain reusable migration patterns using infrastructure as code.
Core Duties:
Lead technical migration enablement.
Collaborate with development teams to deliver migration services.
Define and document AWS architecture for migration.
Conduct architectural reviews and optimize deployment patterns.
Support engineering teams and drive automation adoption.
Document systems and practices for global reuse.
About You:
Experience in cloud migration and AWS architecture.
Expertise in AWS, DevOps tools, and CI/CD.
Knowledge of AWS security and network services.
Agile framework experience and strong communication skills.
Ability to motivate teams and set new standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Security, Networking).
Scaled agile framework certification (SAFe, Scrum@Scale).
Stakeholder management and mentoring experience.
