About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer with fluency in both English and Arabic to join a dynamic team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line and second-line IT support in both English and Arabic.
- Troubleshoot and maintain IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Assist with setting up and managing user accounts, permissions, and configurations.
- Monitor and enhance IT infrastructure security and performance.
- Document technical processes, updates, and support logs in English and Arabic as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, networking, and cloud platforms.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
