Our client, a renowned financial services company in Edinburgh, is on the lookout for an Internal IT Technician to support their expanding operations. IT Technician
Edinburgh/Hybrid Working
£25,000 - £35,000
Main Duties:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal staff.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and manage the company's IT infrastructure.
- Assist with the implementation and management of IT projects.
- Monitor and ensure IT security and compliance.
- Manage user accounts and permissions.
- Support office equipment, including printers and telephony systems.
Tech Stack:
- Windows Server and Active Directory
- Office 365 administration
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP)
- Hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Virtualization technologies (Hyper-V/VMWare)
- Software deployment and patch management
