Senior IT Technician // Oxfordshire - £42-£50K (DOE)

I am currently recruiting for a Senior IT Technician on behalf of my client, an established MSP, based in Oxfordshire.

The responsibilities of this role include the management of new projects and implementing installations, as well as, providing support to on-site external users. Additionally, they will be involved with maintenance of existing infrastructure and resolving problems following investigations.

Skills required:

Windows OS and Windows Server
Networking skills - including TCP/IP, and expertise in Cisco
Firewall configurations
Virtualisation experience - predominantly Hyper-V
Active Directory Administration
Disaster recovery and backup technologies
Microsoft SQL is advantageous

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate well in written and spoken English, have experience working both on-site and in remote environments, and have 4 - 5 years' experience working within a similar role.
