IT Trainer - West Midlands - £40 - 45K - Hybrid
An established client of ours in the Technology sector are looking for a IT Trainer to join their internal IT department, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work to coach a caseload of learners and their mentors in order to maximise timely achievement rates and the acquisition of both Skills and Knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and Deliver Training Programmes.
- Planning and generating Degree Apprenticeship.
- Developing and maintaining strong employer relationships.
- Plan, assess, teach and align individual learning plans.
- Effectively document the learner journey through regular report writing.
- Coach learners, working with them and their employer/mentors to help them advance in their chosen programme.
- Engage with learners to improve their MATHS skills.
- Create and manage learner action plans and provide additional learning support where required
- Design, develop and deliver blended learning, mainly using Totara, Moodle and Mahara.
- Compliance with all company policies, procedures and legal responsibilities, including ISO9001 and Cyber Essentials.
Required:
- Educated to Level 4+ or equivalent in a relevant IT or technical related subject.
- English and Maths at Level 2+.
