Semi-Skilled Operatives needed in Kidderminster.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assembly of metal fabrications,once welding has been completed. Will need to be fit and healthy and able to lift heavy objects.
Responsibilities:
Assemble metal components.
Use hand tools and power tools such as grinding and fixings.
Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet the required specifications.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in assembly, some painting and fixings. The ideal candidate will have strong assembly experience, be able to use hand and power tools confidently. Additionally, the candidate should possess basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed, and good understanding of safety procedures and practices in a manufacturing environment.
The work is Monday to Friday and 39 hours per week, £14-£15/hour depending upon experience. A temporary to permanent position will be offered after a successful interview and trial period.
