Known in the local area as an employer of choice and they offer career progression to reliable workers where they can.Your new roleAs Assembly Operative you will be required to cut wood to size, use hand tools and machinery to build and ensure the quality of the goods is up to a high standard. You will also be able to read basic drawings and be a positive member of the production team.Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm and Fri until 1pm.What you'll need to succeedIdeally you will be able to read a basic drawing and follow instructions to assemble. You be able to measure wood accurately and use hand tools. Machine operation experience desirable. Most importantly a good working attitude and willingness to learn new skills is what this employer likes to see.What you'll get in return
