3-month Initial Contract

Rate: £20.00-£25.00p/h DOE Limited or Umbrella (Outside IR35)

Our Client

Our client is a leading UK Engineering, projects, and installations company, managing large EPC projects for major blue chip FMCG manufacturers UK wide. They are recruiting for skilled Mechanical Fitters, offering an initial 3-month contract with potential for extension

Duties & Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical parts, such as shafts, bearings, gears, and pulleys, according to technical drawings and specifications

Liaise with other teams and key stakeholders

Strong technical understanding to ensure mechanical specifications are met

Report any snagging issues to Site Supervisor

Reading from mechanical assembly drawings

The Successful Candidate:

Experience in FMCG/Pharmaceutical industry

Site Safety passport would be beneficial

Apprentice trained- NVQL3 Mechanical Engineering

A strong team player

Outside IR35- Limited co. contractors
