Candidates should have:

Experience as a BAPM ideally within financial services.
Strong knowledge of market products (Equities, Fixed Income, Commodities, Derivatives)
Experience leading requirements, gathering sessions and creating functional documentation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to work independently
Strong data analysis capabilities
