Job Title: Paint PrepperLocation: Ballymena, County AntrimDuration: Temporary to PermanentPay Rate: £12.15 per hourWe are currently recruiting for a number of Body Preparation Operatives for temporary to permanent roles based in Ballymena.To efficiently prepare all vehicles for the paint process in accordance with company procedures, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to health and safety regulations.Key Duties & Responsibilities:* Prepare aluminium panels using an orbital sander.* Prepare GRP panels and materials using an orbital sander and various rubbing blocks.* Identify and repair small dents in aluminium panels.* Identify and repair minor imperfections in GRP products.* Mask windows, door apertures, lights, and other components as required.* Conduct pre-cleaning of vehicles before transfer into the paint booth.* Work collaboratively within a team to meet production takt times and maintain high quality standards.* Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 quality standards.* Adhere to company health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.
