You will work on a wide range of corporate transactions that are often multijurisdictional, high value, and complex in nature; and develop skills to deliver the highest quality service for the firm's world-class clients across the globe.Your new roleThis is an exciting opportunity for a corporate lawyer to join a truly dynamic, global legal team, where you will deliver high-quality service to the firm's global clients.Key Responsibilities:* Collaborate with various practice groups (Corporate and Securities, M&A, Cross Border Transactions, Reorganisations, Capital Markets).* Assist with diverse corporate matters across multiple jurisdictions, including drafting documentation, conducting due diligence, and coordinating global transactions.* Work in project teams with lawyers, legal project managers, and tech team members from the firm's global offices.* Escalate issues to the Belfast management group or project partner as needed.* Develop strong relationships with partners and lawyers in different jurisdictions.* Contribute to innovative projects and process improvements.What you'll need to succeedTo be an ideal candidate for this role, you will be a qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England and Wales with corporate / commercial experience. You will also have:

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commercial awareness and client-focused service orientation.
  • High standards of performance and results-driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online research tools.
