Duties include:* Assist solicitors in preparing and managing case files related to road traffic accident claims, work accident claims, travel claims, and product liability claims.* Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.* Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.* Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates on case progress.* Maintain accurate and organised case files and documentation and assist in all forms of trial preparationWhat you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will have a degree in law and experience in personal injury law, with a strong understanding of the litigation process.
