Duties include:* Assist solicitors in preparing and managing case files related to road traffic accident claims, work accident claims, travel claims, and product liability claims.* Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.* Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.* Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates on case progress.* Maintain accurate and organised case files and documentation and assist in all forms of trial preparationWhat you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will have a degree in law and experience in personal injury law, with a strong understanding of the litigation process. This role involves managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and communicating with clients so experience of this would be beneficial.Key skills:* Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.* Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.* Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What you'll get in returnThis role comes with a competitive salary, fantastic benefits and the potential to earn a training contract with a leading NI firm.
