Legal Counsel - Financial Services

£80,000 - £95,000 + Benefits
Hybrid - 1-2 days per week on-site in Surrey

*Candidates must be a Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales to be considered.

I am looking for a Legal Counsel to join a Financial Services client of ours to provide legal advice and ensure adherence to laws and regulations as well as guiding senior management on legal matters.

Skills / Experience

Qualified Lawyer in the UK
Financial Services
5+ Years experience working as an in-house Solicitor / Legal Counsel
Provide business-oriented legal advice to all levels of management and staff
Monitor, research and address legal issues within the company / branch
Draft and review contracts, agreements and corporate documents
Excellent negotiation skills.
