My client based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. Offering £12 per hour and the hours of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30.

Your role will be to take responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the administration of Sales despatch process, acting as main point of contact between admin and the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

· To provide cover and support to all colleagues in an Administration capacity when needed

· To be able to grow with the role

· To act in an honest and ethical manner at all times

· To communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues as required

· To comply with company and H&S guidelines with particular reference to lifting heavy goods and cleanliness in the workplace

· To undertake any other reasonable but related task to aid the efficient running of the company

· To keep all matters relating to the company confidential and not disclose or copy information

This role is responsible for carrying out warehouse related administrative duties on various different computer systems (full training will be given). For example:

· Using couriers software to create despatch labels

· To ensure all parcels/pallets are labelled correctly

· Booking UK pallet collections

· In the future, this role will be linked with export admin duties as part of an overall despatch administration team.

· Supplying carriage quotes to the sales teams
