Our Client is looking for a Warehouse Manager in the Wellington area to start as soon as possible.
Shift:
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
Salary
- £28,000 to £33,000 - depending on experience.
As a Warehouse Manger:
- Own the daily pick / pack / dispatch function.
- Ensure stock is prepared and available to pick in line with seasonal forecasts.
- Ensuring all operational KPI's and company requirements are met, tracked and challenged.
- Be instrumental in the day-to-day running and cleanliness of the warehouse, managing order volumes, daily workload, and continuous process improvement of the operation.
- Challenge existing processes, providing input on efficiencies and cost reductions.
- Address process deviations within agreed time-scales.
- Lead, coach, and develop new and existing warehouse team members.
- Maintain warehouse operational standards and processes and ensures all team members follow procedures.
- Responsibility for staff recruitment in-line with seasonal demands of the business and conduct appraisals and disciplinary processes.
- Responsibility for the FLT fleet.
- Promote and monitor health and safety compliance with regard to staff, buildings and equipment

- Experience of stock control management, ERP systems and data management using spreadsheets.
