The Role
As a Commercial Claims Adjuster, you'll handle motor claims from cradle to grave, leveraging your expertise in repair, capture, intervention, and third-party property damage. Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Claims Adjuster:
- Process and manage motor claims, including those involving MOJ and OIC
- Conduct credit hire negotiations
- Provide high-quality interactions with stakeholders, clients, and customers
- Work within system-driven SLAs and workflows
- Analyse complex data and make sound decisions based on established guidelines
Required knowledge and experience for the Commercial Claims Adjuster role:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in motor claims (commercial or personal)
- Cert CII qualification
- Experience in fraud detection within the motor space
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to handle delegated authority and client philosophies
