We are working with a global financial institution to recruit a Junior Project Manager/PMO. In this role, you will provide essential project management support, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of project activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in project management within a supportive and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:· Track and manage project documents, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.· Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting minutes.· Assist in submitting updates to meet reporting requirements and maintain compliance.· Coordinate project activities, maintain project plans, status reports, and RAID logs.· Participate in issue identification and resolution, risk identification and resolution, and dependency tracking.· Plan and facilitate working group meetings to ensure project milestones are met.· Maintain reports on daily UAT test results and key KPIs, including execution and pass rates, trade inventory bookings, defect discovery rates, and progress burndowns.Qualifications:· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.· Inquisitive mindset with the ability to ask pertinent questions.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Understanding of project plan mechanics and the ability to highlight the impacts of changes.Although the role is initially for a 11-month period, there is a high possibility of extension.
