Your New CompanyHays are partnering with a public sector organisation to recruit a temporary full-time Members Services Administrator in Ballymena to provide a high-quality administration and secretarial support service for the office. Your New Role

  • Provide general administrative support across office departments.
  • Maintain logs and produce weekly monitoring reports.
  • Process incoming mail and secure cheques/cash for Finance and governance.
  • Verify and process monthly mileage claims and expenses.
  • Handle corporate bookings, including travel and accommodation for conferences.
  • Assist with cost analysis of conference and event expenditures.
  • Support the Head's PA and arrange events in their absence.
  • Organise civic/ceremonial functions and departmental events.
  • Manage stock control and distribution of corporate gifts.
  • Contribute to the Department Business Plan and Service Plans.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
  • Qualification demonstrating competency in working with office technology (e.g. word processing or typewriting)
  • Two years relevant administrative experience (4 years in cases where education requirements aren't met)
  • Competent in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Full current driving licence valid in the UK and access to a vehicle
