- Being the first point of contact for requests made by the office
- Ordering stationery e.g. toner suppliers, ensuring printers are operating properly, pencils/pens, notebooks etc are well stocked
- Full-time Monday- Friday based in their office
- Coordination and set up of meeting rooms and catering set up
- Ensuring a smooth running of the office and reporting anything that needs to be fixed (e.g. lightbulbs or doors etc)
- Helping with health and safety requirements
- Client interaction and providing the top level of customer service at all times
