Office/ Facilities AssistantSalary: £15p/hTemporary (6 weeks, could be longer) Full time (5 days a week in the office)The ClientMy client is a well-respected law firm with an office based in the centre of Belfast and are looking for a confident Office/Facilities Assistant to join their team on a a six week temporary basis with potential to extend. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their team and learn and absorb experience on a day-to-day basis.The Role
  • Being the first point of contact for requests made by the office
  • Ordering stationery e.g. toner suppliers, ensuring printers are operating properly, pencils/pens, notebooks etc are well stocked 
  • Full-time Monday- Friday based in their office
  • Coordination and set up of meeting rooms and catering set up
  • Ensuring a smooth running of the office and reporting anything that needs to be fixed (e.g. lightbulbs or doors etc)
  • Helping with health and safety requirements
  • Client interaction and providing the top level of customer service at all times
