I am working with an excellent Bristol based company to find a Office Assistant to join their vibrant and growing team on a permanent basis. They are a powerhouse in the energy trading sector, having rapidly become one of the industry's biggest players in just 8 years.

One non-negotiable for this role is a commitment to being on-site 5 days a week in Central Bristol. So, if that doesn't appeal to you, this might not be the right fit. However, trust me when I say this is one of the best office spaces around. They've invested heavily in their new office, featuring top-of-the-line equipment, premium furniture, and a balcony with stunning views of one of Central Bristol's hotspots! Alongside a generous benefits package (including 30 days annual leave!) and a salary of up to £30K.

Your day to day will vary but to be successful in this role you will need to have a pro-active, can-do attitude to contribute to the team. You can expect to be:

  • Tackling a variety of administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly
  • Keeping our office stocked by managing supplies and placing orders
  • Handling general clerical duties like filing and data entry
  • Maintaining and updating our operations and business systems
  • Arranging travel for directors and employees
  • Assisting in coordinating both internal and external events
  • Contributing to our social media marketing efforts

You will report into the Head of HR and she will teach you the ropes but you will need to bring at least 2 years of administrative experience and the following skills:

  • Independent and efficient with excellent task prioritisation
  • Exceptionally organised with a good attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Discreet with confidential information
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing demands

If this sounds like your next step, or you simply would like to find out more about the opportunity, please get in touch!
