**HOT JOB OF THE WEEK**

Are you a strong Administrator who has a good work ethic and a can-do attitude. If so, my client based in Burton Upon Trent has a vacancy for an Office Assistant on a full-time permanent basis.

Office hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm with a hour lunch each day. Excellent salary of between £22 - £24,000 depending on experience.

Key Duties

Office Administration

Provide general support and administration to the busy sales office, answering phone, dealing with customer queries and orders, and general administration.
Processing sales orders on to the Navision system, confirming lead times and prices with customers.
Liaising with freight companies to track customer deliveries / returns and provide proof of delivery.
Providing holiday and sickness cover for the samples department / post room.
Provide ad-hoc reports to the sales team and others based on information extracted from the NAV system.
