Office hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm with a hour lunch each day. Excellent salary of between £22 - £24,000 depending on experience.
Key Duties
Office Administration
- Provide general support and administration to the busy sales office, answering phone, dealing with customer queries and orders, and general administration.
- Processing sales orders on to the Navision system, confirming lead times and prices with customers.
- Liaising with freight companies to track customer deliveries / returns and provide proof of delivery.
- Providing holiday and sickness cover for the samples department / post room.
- Provide ad-hoc reports to the sales team and others based on information extracted from the NAV system.
