As our new Engineering Manager, youll have previously worked as an Engineering Manager or Head of Engineering In a fast moving environment with a proven track record of success. We dont just want to know what youve achieved but how youve done it!

As part of the role, day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Managing a team of up to 30 engineers indirectly.
Operating with a site budget of circa £3.5 million and an enviable CapEx budget.
Review and alter any plant maintenance schedules as and when required.
Implement CI initiatives and always work to best practice.
Bringing together operations and engineering to create a one team culture.
