Panoramic Associates are working in partnership with Norse Group supporting them in their joint venture with East Hampshire District Council with the crucial hire of a Waste Operations Manager to lead change management within the service.

£50,000- £55,000 per annum
Initially 5 days a week on site, dropping down to 3-4 days on site thereafter
Location: Petersfield



Assisting the Operations Director, you will ensure all areas within the joint venture (Ground Maintenance, Street Cleansing, and Waste & Environmental) deliver their key performance indicators and run at maximum operational efficiency. You will lead, manage and direct both senior and middle line managers and supervisors, as well as also developing commercial contracts on a profitable basis. You will also review the appropriate local organisational structure to deliver services in line with business priorities and service obligations.



Key

  • Experience in delivering high profile waste and environment/ street cleansing/ streetscene/ ground maintenance projects in a large organisation
  • Ability to successfully work to time and budget expectations
  • Work and liaise with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Experience in managing and coordinating a team
