Job Description:

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert locksmith knowledge to our team and customers, ensuring the highest standards are maintained. Your duties will include:

Supervising and mentoring a team of locksmith technicians to ensure efficient daily operations.

Provide ongoing training and development for technicians to improve skill sets and maintain high standards

Conduct quality control checks on work performed by technicians to ensure it meets company standards

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing issues and resolving complaints promptly.

Handle inventory management, including ensuring tools, parts, and supplies are available and maintained.

Offer technical expertise and guidance to team members on complex locksmithing issues.

Stay updated on the latest automotive locksmith technologies and techniques to share with the team.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex or difficult cases when required, ensuring customer satisfaction

Managing inventory and tools to ensure smooth operations.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as an automotive locksmith, with in-depth knowledge of vehicle locking systems.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a technical field.

Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.

Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.

Valid drivers license.

Desirable Skills:
