Shape and manage plans, driving success through strategic input from Purchasing, Customer Services, and Operations.
Implement and oversee a Master Production Schedule, ensuring alignment with capacity limitations.
Level load the executable sales plan within our MRP system, focusing on On-Time Delivery (OTD) and performance improvements.
Mentor the Planning Team, supporting ERP projects and driving business optimization.

?? What We're Looking For in a Production Planning Manager:

Proven ability to lead and execute Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning.
Deep understanding of MRP parameters and functionality with solid analytical skills.
Skilled in anticipating production needs and solving practical problems under pressure.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Demonstrated experience in works order control, traceability, and leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent business writing skills with the ability to influence and build relationships effectively.
