Your new companyHays are representing a growing energy company in Belfast to recruit a Marketing Executive.Your new roleAs Marketing Executive, you will have support and guidance to demonstrate your skills and capabilities in a fun, fast-paced and pioneering environment. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and create brand promotion activities in operating markets.
  • Manage HubSpot CRM, including inbound and outbound marketing, supporting the sales team and providing the tool-kit for the wider support teams.
  • Manage customer facing applications and communications to ensure all messaging is on brand and correct.
  • Manage and report on all marketing activities, working to integrate marketing tools into PowerBi.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies across Ireland to improve network usage including prospect and lead generation.
  • Oversee the e-commerce sections of the website, ensuring seamless sales and installations for customers.
  • Coordinate customer videos / photographs, case studies and testimonials with location partners.
  • Contribute to email campaigns, award nominations and business promotions.
  • Research market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Provide support with social media including identifying potential brand influencers.
  • Support other departments as required with their marketing/communication.
  • Create and support the content creation for social media and website.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualification in Marketing or similar.
  • Proven experience in a busy marketing role.
  • Demonstrate experience of working on simultaneous projects and delivering to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage social media and other platforms.
  • Use of CRM systems.
  • Flexible, dedicated and willing to learn.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work to own initiative and independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages.
  • Full UK or ROI driving licence and ability to travel to site when required.Desirable:
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
