Location: Dublin (Hybrid working - 3 days onsite/customer site)

Salary: €80,000 - €120,000

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Associate Mechanical Design Engineer to join a dynamic team in Dublin. This role offers an opportunity to work on end-to-end projects, from design and implementation through to use and feedback. You will be responsible for overseeing project budgets and ensuring financial elements are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate projects as a Line Manager/Project Lead.
Oversee one direct report.
Manage project budgets and financial elements.
Attend meetings with customers and Director.
Ensure successful project delivery from design to implementation and feedback.

Requirements:

Chartered Engineer status.
10-15 years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
Proven experience in commercial, hotel/office, laboratory, and residential projects.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
