DUTIES

Site diagnostics of customer equipment (machine plant, generators, construction plant, Industrial plant, agricultural equipment, diesel engines, hydraulics etc)
Build and document knowledge about the customer company and its technical operations
Feedback any important customer information to the company
To promote aftermarket products and services to the customer
To react to any customer needs quickly, effectively and efficiently
To carry out repairs to the highest standard to provide a 'First Time Fix' to the customer
When on site represent the company in all aspects.

PERSON

Some for of qualifications in plant engineering, servicing and maintenance. Candidates to be within 30 minutes travel from home to the territory/depot of the vacancy.
Remote working roles need to be technical specialists with industry experience to be able to work remotely independently and competently
Clean driving licence and good driving record
Proof of right to work in the UK
Drive and determination to get things done, make things happen and continually looking for better ways of doing things
